Semolina Gnocchi
Crescent shaped dumplings that are baked, just until they are hot and the parmesan cheese melts to a golden color. Delicious as an appetizer with a glass of wine or as a part of a meal.

Potato Gnocchi
Classic Italian comfort food. Boil in minutes and serve with your favorite sauce.

Pierogi
Easter European comfort food. Eaten in many different ways. Stuffed with potatoes and cheese, sauerkraut and wild mushrooms or bacon bits. Great sautéed the next day if you have any left over.

Polenta
A traditional Italian dish taken a few steps further. Combined with gorgonzola cheese, or vegetables, to form a sort of lasagna. Also great with sausages. Good for a main course or as a side dish. Just heat and serve.
