About Pasta at Large

Pasta at Large is a retail shop with a large commercial kitchen where Sofia, the owner, makes everything from scratch. All the food is made on the premises with new items added on a weekly basis.

Availability of items sometimes depends on what’s in season. Customers are encouraged to call in their orders, so as to avoid disappointment. If your favorite isn’t available, there is always something that will grab your attention.

This store was started in New York fourteen years ago and recently moved to Hemet, CA.
