We hope that our
food will be as satisfying for you to eat as it is
for us to prepare it for you. We appreciate

part of our menu is created, by listening
to our customers and giving them what they like.

Its home cooking in a commercial kitchen. We would
like to have a long lasting relationship with you
here in California
as we did with our customers in
New York for fourteen years.
Our Core Product, Pasta
The pastas are made with semolina, durum and eggs,
I make many different flavors and combinations, such
as: rosemary/ lemon, tomato/basil, black pepper, spinach,
mixed herbs, sage, saffron, curry, and whole wheat(obviously
made with whole wheat flour)and many others, depending
on the inspiration and/or customer requests. Not all
pastas are available in all the flavors all the time.
The shapes vary from fettucini, spaghetti
and penne, with other shapes coming soon.
Cooking time averages 2 minutes.
